• Property details such as the address, size, rent you're seeking and availability
• Photos of your property
• For insurance and housing partners, your company and the market you need
• For families, your insurance carrier and the area you need housing in
• Anything else you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It collects information such as pages visited, the site that referred you, general location (city or region), device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you
• To review your property and decide whether it fits current housing needs
• To present your property to insurance companies and housing providers when placing a family
• To prepare and manage lease and management agreements
• To improve the site and understand which outreach is working

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Placements. If you list a property, we may share its details and photos with insurance companies, adjusters and housing providers to place a family. We share your personal contact details only when needed to complete a placement.
• Service providers. We use FormSubmit to deliver form submissions to our email, Google (Gmail and Google Analytics) to manage email and site statistics, and our website host to run the site. They handle information only to provide those services.
• Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Mirkon Global, our clients or others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and property information as long as needed to respond, manage any placement or agreement, and meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements. If we don't move forward together, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, including limiting who can access it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank account numbers through the form.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
